In film class my classmates and I created a short film. A member in our group, Emma, came up with the idea to make a film on a college students daily life. We wanted to have the film feel relatable for other students. Many times it feels like everyday is the same and at times it can feel draining. We each had a different part to act in and we would do the same thing everyday for three days, but making each day look more sad and bland. The clips were very basic things that we all do throughout our day, including waking up, brushing our teeth, sitting in class, and going to sleep. There was clips added of the setting around our school to add more of a dramatic effect. Many of our classmates expressed that they related to our film. At the end the message was to make the best of everyday even when it's hard to.
